Q: Will you beat any transcription company's rate?

A: Yes if provided with proof that a legitimate company has given you a lower rate we will do everything we can to match or beat their rate.

A: To log in to your private Client Page use the Web address and password that was provided to you. Type the Web address into your browser's address bar. When prompted enter your password. If you've forgotten or lost your Client Page address or password, the fastest way to retrieve this information is to contact us by telephone. For security purposes, we must first verify your identity before devulging any private Client Page information.

A: Our transcripts are delivered in Microsoft Word format. We can customize a format to meet your needs. Our transcripts can be delivered in a format that allows them to be imported to a database if we are told ahead of time.

Q: Can we open up an account with talk2TYPE Transcriptions, Inc.?

A: Yes there are just a few forms to fill out.

A: You are sent an invoice in PDF format via e-mail roughly a week to two weeks after your order is completed. Payment is due net fifteen.  

A: You can place an order with a deposit. Full payment will be due COD before your transcripts are delivered to you. You can also pay using your Visa, MasterCard or America Express.  

A: Yes we can provide you with upload information so you can send us your digital files.

A: We prefer VHS with a time code window burn. Our second choice is full size audio cassettes. We can however accept any tape format.

A: Yes we have clients all over the world. We are happy to work with you and assist you in getting your material to us no mater where you are located.
